Not to toot Toots & Magoo's own horn, but our new window display is just plain fabulous! This dress form is completely made of paper, with the exception of the pink bow ribbon around the waste. Toots associate Elizabeth, with the help of design associate Bronwyn, this endearing ball gown will grace our store front through the Valentine's Day holiday.The bodice is supported by construction paper and decorated with doilies. The full, layered skirt is tissue paper. This romantic and whimsical creation has caught the eyes of customers and Franklin Street dwellers alike. Come by and check it out for yourself!
